Our liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services, regardless of the circumstances, including under contract, will not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event that gave rise to the liability.

(v) For the purpose of this clause, “Loss” includes loss, damage, or liability of every kind, unless too remote but does not include pure economic loss not recoverable at common law.

By using the Website, you agree to fully indemnify and hold Catalysing Outcomes (and our employees, directors, contractors, and agents) harmless from and against all claims, actions, suits, liabilities, costs or expenses (including legal costs and expenses on a full indemnity basis), arising out of or connect to your use of the Website, any breach by you of these terms or any unlawful or negligent act or omission by you.
